 This little boy shown in the left is Gaspar when he was only 9 weeks old. He was born on January 16th of 2000. He is a beautiful parti-colored portie. Gaspar is like THE ONLY ONE DOG family. He is so much affectionate that he wants to be all the time the center of the attentions and the unique dog around. He is more than a shadow and he has been raised with our latin passion touch.He admits other dogs when he is not in his territory while he is walked and he meets other tails in the streets, but, those dogs must be smaller than he is and if it happens that he finds a girl...LUCKY HIM!..although, he is neutered he prefers the girls. When he was one year old , he was ran over by a car and he had to have special care. He was hit right on his hindquarter articulations.
As time went by,due to the special attention he has been getting, he has become completely spoiled and, now that he is recovered, he insists on maintanining his place as the center of the attention,but, we must share the love and care with the other porties too. The result is that this is twice painfully because,as time goes by, the more jealous he will get.
 Gaspar has no real disability because he can walk and run as any other tail but we restrict his exercises to prevent him from other injuries. Water works are very suitable for him, but, the water must be warm, never cold. Indeed, all that Gaspar has been looking for is a tremendous loving , care and one-single dog family, that has been looking for a high attention demanding company that has no need for high activities .
He is a good signaling dog and an excellent companion for those of you who wants to have one single dog but has always thought that it would require lots of exercises.
Indeed, he will be almost a couch potatoe portie, a true affectionate one that would require of you just a few extra to insure joints preservation and to reduce the speed which the arthritis deteriorations goes and, therefore, enabling him a good quality of life and years of JOY for himself and his new adopting family. Gaspar is a special portie looking for a true special home.
